This extraordinary French toy house, which dates from the late 17th century, is entirely presented for the first time to the public on this site. It features a complete set of interiors which are a reflection of the various eras it has traversed. Complete with architectual references, fabrics, pottery, books, silver, furniture and accessories, this presentation unveils the origins of many of these rare miniature pieces. Artworks, sculptures and bibelots are featured and shown along with their history. This doll's house will be part of the future Swiss museum of the Fondation Tanagra.
